A full development site with the redevelopment of a LandSec asset just north of Victoria Station for destinational office spaces and street level F&B offers.
An exciting fully new build project with a variety of offers, from traditional sport pub bars to very impactful oriental offers and experiential venues. The external streetscape also features kiosk pods for more casual street food offers.
We recently enhanced the outside seating area with new retractable awnings, making the space more attractive and practical for more all year-round usage.
