We completed the Heathrow Terminal 2 redevelopment in 2014. In a unique design management exercise, brands were challenged to deliver their personal best within their sector - instantly recognisable but carefully tailored to the needs of the traveller.
Rawls defined and created retail guidelines for tenants, set out the opportunity to Heathrow’s brand partners, and mentored the retail design proposals chosen for the new terminal through to opening.


Since 2014, Rawls have worked across Heathrow Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, including on masterplans and as retail guardians.
