A new customer journey

Ilford is at the centre of a vibrant south east London community, and needs to be as relevant and proud of the community as its inhabitants are. Rawls were appointed to look at the centre and consider how it might become more central to the daily lives of the local catchment, providing a home from home and a convenient and attractive proposition.

This consisted of reviewing the customer journey, refreshing the centre signage and wayfinding system, creating a new family zone and a Street Eats destination leading to an improved the visitor experience.
