As part of a centre wide review of all McArthurGlen’s brand partners, Rawls was asked to set, manage and deliver new stores and tenant refits. Averaging 7 to 12 store fit approvals per month, Rawls has delivered an average pound per square foot sales increase of 25 to 75%*. Significantly, some stores achieve an increase of over 350%*.

New stores are now delivered to a consistent standard, emulating that of the High Street. With more attention to detail, store standards are now seen by McArthurGlen’s brand partners and investors to be crucial to the long term success.
