A complete customer experience
Building on the dramatic changes to the upper floor of the centre with the refurbishment of the Food Court in 2013, Rawls has recently expanded the vision for the internal Customer Journey refresh with the completion of the ground floor improvements.
The malls have been revitalised with two modern material palettes; sharpening up the centre and aiding customer wayfinding by splitting the centre into distinct North and South zones. Substantial improvements to the lighting, both natural and artificial have been delivered by opening up glazing at the entrances and replacing dated ceiling features with clean, new, energy efficient lighting solutions. The previously understated entrances have been given a presence boost with bold illuminated portals and signage.
The introduction of high quality soft seating areas and much improved signage are aimed at increasing dwell times and ultimately bringing a new level of customer experience to the centre.
